• 2D Mockups: A detailed 2D floor plan that reimagines your space, giving you a clear vision of the layout.
• Mood Board: A personalised mood board showcasing the recommended color schemes, textures, and styles.
• Furniture Guidance: Virtual furniture approval and guidance, ensuring every piece complements the design.
• Virtual Consultation: A 1-hour consultation with Paige, to discuss the design concept and address any questions.

The Elevated Package

Starting from £600 plus VAT per room

The Elevated Package offers everything in ‘The Signature Package’, with the addition of stunning visual renderings to bring your vision to life.Ideal for clients who want a more immersive view of their future space before making design decisions.This package includes:

• 2D Mockups: Custom floor plans for an accurate visual of the new layout.
• Mood Board: Tailored colour schemes, furniture, and decor ideas.
• Furniture Guidance: Detailed recommendations with virtual approval support.
• CGI Renderings: High-quality, realistic CGI images of your room, offering a near-true visual of the final design. 

Site Visit: A personal visit from Paige, to assess your space, take measurements, and discuss the design in detail. 

The Exclusive Package

Starting from £1,500 plus VAT per room

For a completely hands-on experience, the Exclusive Package offers full-service design management. Perfect for those who want an stress-free experience, with every detail handled by Paige and her Team. This premium package includes:

• Site Visit: A personal visit from Paige to assess your space, take measurements, and discuss the design in detail.
• 2D Mockups: Detailed floor plans to map out the ideal layout.
• Mood Board & CGI Renderings: Both a custom mood board and high-end CGI visuals to provide a clear picture of the final design.
• Full Project Management: Paige will manage the project from start to finish, overseeing contractors, sourcing materials, and ensuring every detail is executed to perfection.
• Follow-up Visits: Ongoing site visits to monitor progress and address any changes or updates as needed.

Add-On Services

• Additional Revisions - from £100 plus VAT per revision
• Sourcing and Shopping Assistance - from £200 plus VAT per room

NOTE: Any recommended sub-contractors via PBH, will negotiate their own T&C’s and Fees.
